I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with clean and spacious rooms, a comfortable bed, and a great stall shower. However, the dining options could have been more varied. The service was helpful, and the location was central to everything I needed, making it a convenient choice.

The customer service was top-notch, very friendly, and welcoming. The location was perfect for my needs, with various dining options within walking distance. Although the dining experience was standard for the brand, the overall stay was enjoyable.

The service was excellent, with the staff being especially pleasant and helpful. The location is convenient, with easy access to downtown Napa and nearby attractions, although the southside rooms can get too hot. The dining experience was delightful, with a variety of tasty options available. Despite the slight aging of the facilities, the overall value for money was good.
